Providian Financial Corporation Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2004 Earnings Conference Call, Conference Presentation and Investor Day Meeting
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 2005--Providian Financial Corporation (NYSE:PVN) today announced three upcoming Company events.
The Company will hold its fourth quarter and full year 2004 earnings conference call on Thursday, January 20, 2005, at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time. The earnings release and accompanying financial information will be released on Thursday after market-close and, together with the conference call script, will be available on the Company's web site. The call will be broadcast live over the Internet through the Investor Relations page of Providian's web site.
On Thursday, January 27, 2005, the Company is scheduled to make an investor presentation at the Smith Barney Citigroup Financial Services Conference at 2:45 p.m. Eastern Time. Anthony Vuoto, Chief Financial Officer, will deliver the presentation. A live audio-webcast of this presentation will be available on the Investor Relations page of Providian's web site.
The Company also announced that it will hold its annual Investor Day on Thursday, March 3, 2005, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time in New York. At this meeting, management will provide information on its business operations and financial performance.
