USAA announces 350 additional jobs in Phoenix

USAA is adding 350 additional positions to its Phoenix workforce in 2005. This brings total planned hiring this year in Phoenix to more than 650 new jobs.
Many of the new positions will be in USAA's Federal Savings Bank, as well as property and casualty insurance, investment sales, and life insurance. Interested candidates can learn more and submit their applications online.
Compensation for the open positions ranges from $26,000 - $35,000, with the opportunity for bonuses. "Our growth creates new job opportunities in several specialty areas including home equity lending, consumer finance, and mortgage origination."
USAA has 2,080 employees at its Phoenix campus, located at I-17 and Happy Valley Road. The Phoenix campus is the only site outside of USAA's San Antonio headquarters where operations include USAA's four major lines of business -- banking, investment management, property and casualty insurance, and life insurance.
