Record Date Change for Genworth Financial Annual Meeting
Richmond, VA (March 9, 2005) -- As previously announced, Genworth Financial (NYSE: GNW) will hold its 2005 Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 9 a.m., May 19, 2005 at The Jefferson Hotel, 101 West Franklin Street in Richmond, Virginia. The record date for determining stockholders eligible to vote at the meeting has been changed to March 21, 2005.
